Do You Suffer From Fine & Thinning Hair?

HAIR1
thinninghair

Wondering what causes hair to thin and fall out? There are a number of reasons why men and women suffer from thinning hair. Listed are 5 key causes hair loss sufferers often share.

1. STRESS

Stress in any form produces hormones from glands around our body which can bind with enzymes to create a chemical messenger known as DHT (Di-hydro-testosterone). High levels of DHT will eventually prevent hair cells from growing hair.

Reduce stress levels with relaxation methods such as yoga, meditation or moderate exercise.

2. POOR DIET

Your diet has a major influence on your hair growth. An imbalance of nutrients available to the hair roots from a poor diet can lead to high levels of toxins to accumulate, worsening a hair thinning problem.

Eat a balanced diet rich in protein, iron, vitamins and minerals to grow healthy hair.

3. GENETICS

Baldness and thinning hair can be genetically inherited from EITHER parent and is triggered by age and hormones. Treated early hair loss can be significantly slowed down when hair follicles strengthen, stimulating hair regrowth.

4. AGEING FACTOR

The Ageing Factor will produce gradual thinning and weakening hair. High levels of toxins can make cells in the body think they are older, triggering hair loss earlier than necessary. The more stress and strain you put on your body the quicker you will age.

Trick your body to stay young by eating well, being healthy and keeping active.

5. HORMONE IMBALANCE

Women can experience hair loss during pre and post menopause due to the imbalance of hormones in their body. HRT is often prescribed to lessen the effects of menopause, however HRT is not suitable for all women. Drug-free hair loss treatments are available at Clive Hair Clinics to reduce hair loss during menopause.
